Social bonding

These activities are fun-based, with the purpose being to take people out of their office environment, and provide a shared experience. Each activity will focus on one or two aspects of teamwork, from communication to collaboration, delegation to problem solving. Whilst serious issues may not be resolved here – from small indoor team building exercises, to large-scale, outdoor team challenges – should have a positive influence on morale, teamwork, communication and energy within the team.

Structured business games

Under-pinned by a business message, they may focus on sharing or using resources, negotiation, compromise, keeping promises… all in a changing environment. The games take the participants out of their real life situation, and therefore provide a ‘safe’ environment to explore new ways of working and behaving. The parallels are then drawn between behaviours and attitudes in the game and the working environment, with compelling results.
